PREMIERSHIP REUNION

The Yarraville team that won the 1961 VFA First Division Premiership will be holding a Reunion of players and officials on Sunday, 21 October. The Reunion will be held at the Yarraville Club, Stephen Street from midday. More photos from the 1961 Premiership win can be seen in the HISTORY section, left.

Under 16 Western Jets Squad for 2007.

Monday 24th September, Legends Carnival versus Calder Cannons
Whitten v's Reynolds 12.00noon Clarke Oval Sunbury, (arrive 11.00am)

Friday 28th September, Legends Carnival versus Northern Knights
Whitten v's Collier, 12.00noon. Victoria Park, Collingwood (arrive 11.00am)

Many of the boys representing the Jets at this legends carnival will play
with the Jets during the next two years. Therefore, it's important that U 16
players integrate into the club and feel comfortable and confident; this is
an excellent opportunity to commence this process.

WESTERN REGION FOOTBALL LEAGUE BEST & FAIREST WINNERS

Under 16s - Eagles Jeremy Ollis won the WRFL best & fairest.

Chris Topalidis came fourth


Under 11s - Eagles Liam Phillips won the WRFL best & fairest. Spiros came second

Well done and congratulations to everyone involved. This is an absolute fantastic result for the young men as well as the club.
